AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5322 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5322 on page 13, by 
3replacing lines 3 through 9 with the following:
 
4    "(f) If any person does not provide written authorization 
5to conduct business using electronic transmission or other 
6equivalent technological means, the common interest community 
7association shall, at its expense, conduct business with the 
8person without the  use of electronic transmission or other 
9equivalent technological means."; and
 
10on page 38, by replacing lines 23 through 26 with the 
11following:
 
12    "(f) If any person does not provide written authorization 
13to conduct business using electronic transmission or other 
14equivalent technological means, the association shall, at its 
15expense, conduct business with the person without the use of
