| 4 | | "(17) One bilingual education educator. |
| 5 | | (18) One school principal representing an association |
| 6 | | representing school principals in a city having a |
| 7 | | population exceeding 500,000. |
| 8 | | (19) One special education administrator of a school |
| 9 | | district. |
| 10 | | The task force shall also consist of the following members |
| 11 | | appointed as follows: |
| 12 | | (A) One member of the Senate appointed by the President |
| 13 | | of the Senate. |
| 14 | | (B) One member of the Senate appointed by the Minority |
| 15 | | Leader of the Senate. |
| 16 | | (C) One member of the House of Representatives |
| 17 | | appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives. |
| 18 | | (D) One member of the House of Representatives |
