| 7 | | Sec. 20-20. Opiate prescriptions. The Department shall |
| 8 | | develop educational materials to educate holders of opiate |
| 9 | | prescriptions about the dangers of children and teens gaining |
| 10 | | access to these medications. The materials shall include |
| 11 | | information regarding the means by which the abuse of opiate |
| 12 | | prescriptions can lead to the illegal use of heroin.".
