| 4 | on page 2 by replacing line 21 with the following: | ||||||
| 5 | "applicant has ever been convicted of any of those | ||||||
| 6 | offenses; or | ||||||

(3) employers employ individual licensed under the | ||||||
| 8 | Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Systems Act.".
