| 4 | | 1, by replacing line 25 on page 6 through line 11 on page 7 with |

| 6 | | "Section, contains a policy evaluation process to assess the |
| 7 | | outcomes and effectiveness of the policy that includes, but is |
| 8 | | not limited to, factors such as the frequency of victimization; |
| 9 | | student, staff, and family observations of safety at a school; |
| 10 | | identification of areas of a school where bullying occurs; the |
| 11 | | types of bullying utilized; and bystander intervention or |
| 12 | | participation. The school district, charter school, or |
| 13 | | non-public, non-sectarian elementary or secondary school may |
| 14 | | use relevant data and information it already collects for other |
| 15 | | purposes in the policy evaluation. The information developed as |
| 16 | | a result of the policy evaluation must be made available on the |
| 17 | | Internet website of the school district, charter school, or |
