| 8 | | Sec. 5-44060. Rights of former employees. On the effective |
| 9 | | date of dissolution, the employees of the former unit of local |
| 10 | | government shall be transferred to the governmental unit |
| 11 | | assuming the functions of the former unit of local government. |
