| 5 | | viewer of the disclosure, to all Illinois members that the |
| 6 | | Internet dating"; and

| 7 | | on page 3 by replacing lines 5 through 10 with the following:

| 8 | | "member signs up. A disclosure under this subsection shall be |
| 9 | | in bold, capital letters in at least 12-point type."; and

| 10 | | on page 3 by replacing lines 15 through 26 with the following:

| 11 | | "clearly and conspicuously in a manner that is readily apparent |
| 12 | | to the viewer of the disclosure, to all Illinois members that |
| 13 | | the Internet dating service, Internet child care service, |
| 14 | | Internet senior care service, or Internet home care service |
| 15 | | conducts a criminal background screening on each member prior |
| 16 | | to permitting an Illinois member to communicate with another |
