2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5925, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 
41, as follows:
 
5on page 7, line 25, by replacing "Workgroup." with "Workgroup; 
6provided that such designation
shall not require the 
7establishment of a data sharing arrangement or other 
8participation with the Illinois Health
Information Exchange or 
9the payment of any fee."; and


 
10on page 24, by replacing line 13 with the following:
11"31.8, 31.9, and 31.10 as follows:"; and


 
12on page 29, line 22, by replacing "Workgroup." with "Workgroup; 
13provided that such designation
