AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 6054

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 6054, by deleting everything after the enacting clause and inserting the following:

“ARTICLE 1

    Section 5.  The sum of $650,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Commission for operational expenses of the fiscal year ending June 15, 2015.

    Section 10.  The sum of $200,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Interpreters for the Deaf Fund to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing commission for administration and enforcement of the Interpreter for the Deaf Licensure Act of 2007.

ARTICLE 99

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2014.".
