AN ACT concerning appropriations.

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

ARTICLE 1

    Section 5.  The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Labor Relations Board for the objects and purposes hereinafter named:

OPERATIONS

  For Personal Services.......................... 1,267,400

  For State Contributions to

   Social Security.................................. 97,000

  For Contractual Services......................... 127,000

  For Travel......................................... 9,500

  For Commodities.................................... 1,900

  For Printing....................................... 2,500

  For Equipment...................................... 1,100

  For Electronic Data Processing.................... 21,000

  For Telecommunications Services................... 32,000

    Total                                        $1,559,400
