1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 80

2 AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend House Joint Resolution 80 by

3 replacing line 2 on page 1 through line 17 on page 2 with the

4 following:

5 "WHEREAS, Under subsection (b) of Section 2 of Article VIII

6 of the Illinois Constitution, appropriations for a fiscal year

7 shall not exceed funds estimated by the General Assembly to be

8 available during that year; therefore, be it

9 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE

10 NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE

11 SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that the House of Representatives

12 estimates the general funds to be available during State fiscal

13 year 2015 as follows:
