School Code Mandates, dated October 1, 2014, with |

Representatives, and the Secretary of |
| 5 | | State of Illinois as required by Section
2-3.25g of the School |
| 6 | | Code; therefore, be it

| 7 | | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 8 | | NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE |
| 9 | | SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that the request made by Oswego CUSD |
| 10 | | 308 - Kane, Kendall, Will with respect to general State aid, |
| 11 | | identified in the report filed by the State Board of Education |
| 12 | | as request WM100-5966-2, is approved for 2 years and |
| 13 | | disapproved for the remaining 3 years; and be it further
|
| 14 | | RESOLVED, That the request made by Oswego CUSD 308 - Kane, |
| 15 | | Kendall, Will with respect to instructional time, identified in |
| 16 | | the report filed by the State Board of Education as request |
| 17 | | WM100-5966-1, is approved for 2 years and disapproved for the |
| 18 | | remaining 3 years; and be it further

| 19 | | RESOLVED, That the remaining requests in the Report on |
| 20 | | Waiver of School Code Mandates are approved.
