HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives are saddened to learn of the death  of Tim 
4Jansen of Bartelso, who passed away on December 2, 2012; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Tim Jansen was born on February 3, 1967, in 
6Breese, to Marjorie "Margie" (Gebke) and Paul Jansen; he 
7married Brenda Kluemke on January 28, 1995 at St. Cecilia 
8Catholic Church in Bartelso; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Tim Jansen was the owner/operator of MacJenna's 
10Restaurant in Bartelso; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Tim Jansen was an avid deer hunter and loved 
12spending time with his family and friends on the river and at 
13the clubhouse; he was a member of St. Cecilia Catholic Church, 
14the Knights of Columbus Council 4745, and the 7 Levee Club in 
15Bartelso; he was a 15-year veteran of the Santa Fe Fire 
16Protection District in Bartelso; and
  
 
17    WHEREAS, Tim Jansen was preceded in death by his father, 
18Paul Jansen; his mother-in-law, Bernadette (Varel) Kluemke; 
19his uncle, Father James Jansen; and numerous aunts and uncles; 
20and

1    WHEREAS, Tim Jansen is survived by his mother, Marjorie 
2Jansen; his wife, Brenda Jansen; his 2 daughters, Mackenna and 
3Jenna Jansen; his siblings, Tony (Brenda) Jansen, Lynn (Louie) 
4Loepker, Joe (Sandy) Jansen, Jeff (Sonja) Jansen, and Theresa 
5(Jim) Ghormley; his father-in-law, Gerhard Kluemke; his 
6sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Karen (Linus) Ripperda, 
7Brian (Sam) Kluemke, Craig (Tanya) Kluemke, and Danny (Shelly) 
8Kluemke; and numerous nieces and nephews; therefore, be it
  
 
9    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
10NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that 
11we mourn the passing of Tim Jansen, and we extend our sincere 
12condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved 
13him; and be it further
  
 
14    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
15presented to the family of Tim Jansen as an expression of our 
16deepest sympathy.
