| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
| 3 | | Representatives are pleased to congratulate Mary Coyle on the |
| 4 | | occasion of her 70th birthday on February 3, 2013; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Mary Coyle was born Mary Kathryn Kellberg on |
| 6 | | February 3, 1943, the first of 4 Kellberg girls; they grew up |
| 7 | | on Carpenter Street on the south side of Chicago; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Mary Coyle began her career as a hairdresser at |
| 9 | | the age of 5 when she cut off the curls of her sister Claudia's |
| 10 | | hair and simply put them back when it didn't look right; she |
| 11 | | was often mistaken for a young Elizabeth Taylor and aspired to |
| 12 | | be the lead singer in a band; she and her sisters would sing |
| 13 | | and perform skits for everyone, with Mister Sandman being the |
| 14 | | most popular tune; and
|
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Mary Coyle survived Catholic school at the Academy |
| 16 | | of Our Lord and set foot on the business world in downtown |
| 17 | | Chicago; after several jobs, she met and married Frank |
| 18 | | Trombetta and raised 3 children, Steve, Michael, and Andrea; |
| 19 | | and

| 20 | | WHEREAS, After the end of her marriage to Frank Trombetta, |
| 21 | | Mary Coyle eventually moved to Schaumburg to start over and put |
