HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives are pleased to honor Natalie Insley on her 
4life's achievements in volunteering to help those in need; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Natalie Insley has volunteered at York Township 
6Senior Center since moving to Illinois in 1980; it became her 
7second home and she spent 33 years helping those who came to 
8the center; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Natalie Insley has been awarded numerous 
10accolades for her volunteerism; she has received the Volunteer 
11of the Year in Lombard, Senior of the Year in Lombard, the 
12Ambassador Club Awards from the Dupage Senior Citizens Council, 
13and recognition from the State of Illinois House of 
14Representatives on her many years of service; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Natalie Insley is originally from New York City; 
16she was born on February 18, 1913, and lived in there until 
17moving to Illinois in 1980; she worked in New York as a dental 
18assistant; and
  
 
  
19    WHEREAS, Natalie Insley married Preston on July 11, 1936, 
20and was married for 53 years; she had a daughter, Janet (Will); 
21she has 2 grandsons, Jonathan (Rebecca) and Jayson; and 3

1great-grandchildren, Elizabeth, William, and Natalie; 
2therefore, be it
  
 
3    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
4NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that 
5we honor Natalie Insley on her lifetime of volunteering to help 
6others; and be it further
  
 
7    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
8presented to Natalie Insley as an expression of our esteem and 
9respect.
