HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of  Walter F. 
4"Wally" Bielecki, who passed away on February 23, 2013; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Walter Bielecki was born on February 18, 1948; he 
6grew up in the Southport neighborhood of Chicago; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Walter Bielecki served his country with pride and 
8distinction as a member of the United States Army from 1966 to 
91971; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Walter Bielecki enjoyed making stained glass and 
11spending time with his daughter, Stacy, and his grandson; and

  
 
12    WHEREAS, Walter Bielecki was the beloved son of the late 
13Frank and Rose; the loving father of Stacy Delossantos, Allie 
14Carnes, and Laura Carnes; the dear grandfather of Danny; the 
15fond brother of Patricia Wood, Charlotte Hannigan, and Frank, 
16Steve, and Deborah Mooney; and the uncle of many; therefore, be 
17it
  
 
18    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
19NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that 
20we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of
