HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives are pleased to honor the volunteers and coaches 
4of TOPSoccer of Cary, a community based program for young 
5athletes with disabilities to learn and play the game of 
6soccer, for their dedicated service to the children of the 
7State of Illinois; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, TOPSoccer is organized by community volunteers 
9and trained coaching staff who offer a no cost program open to 
10any child aged 5 and up with a cognitive or physical 
11disability; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, The dedication and service of the volunteers and 
13staff work one on one with the children and adapt activities to 
14everyone's individual skill levels; and
  
 

  
15    WHEREAS, TOPSoccer is committed to the enrichment and 
16empowerment of children with disabilities and other special 
17needs so that they grow and progress within each and every 
18community within the State of Illinois; therefore, be it
  
 
19    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
20NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that 
21we honor  the volunteers and coaches of TOPSoccer of Cary for

1their dedicated service and wish them great success in their 
2future as an excellent organization; and be it further
  
 
3    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
4presented to Lynne O'Malley, of TOPSoccer for the Cary Soccer 
5Association, as a symbol of our esteem and respect.
