HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives are pleased to recognize Paul Sivak of Glen 
4Ellyn for his volunteer efforts in his community; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Due to his involvement in multiple projects, the 
6Glen Ellyn Chamber of Commerce awarded Paul Sivak the 2012 
7Citizen of the Year Award; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Paul Sivak is the immediate past president of the 
9Glen Ellyn Chamber of Commerce; he has devoted his time to 
10numerous events including the Taste of Glen Ellyn, the 
11Halloween and Christmas walks, and the annual sidewalk sale; 
12and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Paul Sivak volunteered more than 1,500 hours of 
14his time in 2012; and
  
 
  
15    WHEREAS, Paul Sivak is a partner in Oakbrook Terrace-based 
16Precision Payroll; he moved to Glen Ellyn in 1990 and has been 
17involved in community projects for the past 10 years; 
18therefore, be it
  
 
19    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
20NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that

1we recognize Paul Sivak on the commitment he has made to 
2improve his community and thank him for his efforts; and be it

4    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
