HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of  Bernice 
4Augusta Covilli, who passed away on June 27, 2013; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Bernice Covilli was born on January 16, 1927, in 
6West Frankfort; her parents were Jack and Lydia Stephens; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Bernice Covilli was a loving mother and 
8grandmother; she was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in West 
9Frankfort and Women of the Moose; she also served as a 
10Democratic Precinct Committeewoman; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Bernice Covilli was preceded in death by her 
12husband, Charles Covilli; her parents; and her brother, Jack 
13Stephens; and

  
 
14    WHEREAS, Bernice Covilli is survived by her daughter, 
15Debbie (Tim) Ricci; her grandchildren, Chelcee (Lance) Brown 
16and Lacee (Andrew) Breeden; her great-grandchildren, Logan and 
17Kennedi Brown; her sister, Faye Pearce; her niece, Jama Wahl; 
18and her nephew, Jackie Stephens; therefore, be it
  
 
19    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
20NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that

1we mourn, along with her family and friends, the passing of 
2Bernice Augusta Covilli; and be it further
  
 
3    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
4presented to the family of Bernice Covilli as an expression of
