| 3 | | Representatives are pleased to congratulate Lucille Simpson of |
| 4 | | Heyworth as she celebrates both her 100th birthday and her 49th |
| 5 | | year as an Avon representative; and

| 6 | | WHEREAS, Lucille Simpson was born on July 7, 1913, in Macon |
| 7 | | County to Frank and Bess Marsh Westerman; she married Lockwood |
| 8 | | Simpson on July 15, 1933, and they had 2 children, Nancy and |
| 9 | | Richard; they settled in Heyworth in 1958 to be closer to their |
| 10 | | farmland; she has 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 4 |
| 11 | | great-great-grandchildren; and

| 12 | | WHEREAS, Lucille Simpson's Avon career began in 1964 when |
| 13 | | she was asked to take over for the retiring Heyworth area |
| 14 | | representative, Doris Perry; and
|
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Lucille Simpson's favorite part of her time with |
| 16 | | Avon is the friendships created over the years; and
|
| 17 | | WHEREAS, The greatest testament to Lucille Simpson's |
| 18 | | successful career with Avon is the Miss Albee dolls she has |
| 19 | | earned; the dolls are earned when a representative sells |
| 20 | | $10,000 worth of products in a year; she has received a doll |
| 21 | | every year since the programs initiation in 1975; and
