HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives are pleased to congratulate the Boy Scouts of 
4America Burr Ridge Troop #56 on the occasion of its 50th 
5anniversary; and
  
 
6    WHEREAS, Troop #56 was founded on May 31, 1962; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Throughout the history of Troop #56, it has 
8produced 96 Eagle Scouts (9 within the last year) and has had 
9over 750 members; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Troop #56's current Scoutmaster is David J. 
11Biedrzycki; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Troop #56 is sponsored by the Gower Parent Teacher 
13Organization; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, Troop #56 will be celebrating its anniversary and 
15its Summer Court of Honor on August 11, 2013, at the Burr Ridge 
16Community Center; therefore, be it
  
 
17    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
18NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that 
19we congratulate the Boy Scouts of America Burr Ridge Troop #56

2    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
