HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives are pleased to congratulate Justin Fortney on 
4achieving the rank of Eagle Scout; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Justin Fortney's Eagle Scout project was 
6repairing and painting the exterior of the Living Christ 
7Lutheran Church in Hanover Park; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Justin Fortney is a member of Boy Scout Troop 389 
9of the Hanover Park Lions Club; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Justin Fortney, at the age of 15, is involved in 
11football, track and field, band, the Hanover Park Leo Club, and 
12is on the Honor Role at Hoffman Estates High School; and
  
 
  
13    WHEREAS, Justin Fortney's parents are Lisa and Tom Fortney 
14and he has a brother, Nicholas, who has also achieved the rank 
15of Eagle Scout; therefore, be it
  
 
16    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
17NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that 
18we congratulate Justin Fortney on achieving the rank of Eagle 
19Scout; and be it further
