HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives are pleased to congratulate Theartis K. Clary 
4on helping to found the Forever Fly Crew; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, The Forever Fly Crew (currently operating as 
6Forever Fly, LLC) is an urban, local, clothing brand 
7specializing in sports apparel and specialty seasonal items and 
8accessories; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, The Forever Fly Crew evolved on the West Side of 
10Chicago with  4 Core members, Theartis K. Clary, Lashion Reed, 
11Robert Wheatley, and Michael D. Gibson and 2 Backbone members, 
12Precious Wright and Tiffany Avery; together they make up the 
13Elite Six who are developing the business; the Elite Six are 
14joined by a business consultant, Kimala Franklin, and an event 
15proprietor, Corderro Richmond; and
  
 
16    WHEREAS, Theartis K. Clary is the sole proprietor of 
17Forever Fly, LLC; he was born in Chicago on July 16, 1989; he 
18played football from the age of 9 and his performance in high 
19school earned him full-ride scholarship offers to many 
20reputable universities; he overcame numerous personal 
21tragedies before attending  Quincy University, with a focus on a 
22business degree; and

1    WHEREAS, The members of the Forever Fly Crew pride 
2themselves on being by the community, for the community, and in 
3the community; they sell motivation, power, love, and 
4independence through good quality, fashionable products; they 
5encourage every customer to have limitless potential, to be a 
6force to be reckoned with, and to be a true boss in his or her 
7own right; they want to support their customers' dreams, 
8desires, and life-long goals; therefore, be it
  
 
9    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
10NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that 
11we congratulate Theartis K. Clary on helping to found the 
12Forever Fly Crew; and be it further
  
 
13    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
14presented to the Theartis K. Clary as an expression of our 
15esteem and respect.
