HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of  Kathlene 
4Ann Budde of Herrin, who passed away on February 24, 2014; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Kathlene Budde was born on January 8, 1958 in 
6Peoria; her parents were Walter and Margaret (nee Long) Stein; 
7she married Rex P. Budde on June 17, 1978 at St. Mark's 
8Catholic Church in Peoria; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Kathlene Budde was employed as a bookkeeper for 
10Town and Country Bank in Springfield; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Kathlene Budde was a member of Our Lady of Mount 
12Carmel Catholic Church in Herrin and the Herrin Women's Club; 
13and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, Kathlene Budde was preceded in death by her 
15father, Walter Stein, and her grandmother, Margaret Long; and
  
 
16    WHEREAS, Kathlene Budde is survived by her husband, Rex 
17Budde; her mother, Margaret Stein; her daughter and son-in-law, 
18Paula Ann and Evan Beattie; her son, Bradley Joseph Budde; her 
19granddaughters, Emma Beattie and Anna Beattie; her brothers and 
20sisters-in-law, Steve and Janet Stein and John and Silke Stein;

1her sisters and brothers-in-law, Ellen and Brent Hartness and 
2Mary Ann and Dennis McDonnell; and her many nieces and nephews; 
3therefore, be it
  
 
4    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
5NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that 
6we, along with her family and friends, mourn the passing of 
7Kathlene Ann Budde; and be it further
  
 
8    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
9presented to the family of Kathlene Budde as an expression of 
10our sympathy.
