HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives are pleased to congratulate J.J. Wolfe of 
4Dakota High School on winning the Illinois High School 
5Association Class 1A 138-pound wrestling championship; and
  
 
6    WHEREAS, J.J. Wolfe wrestles approximately 10 months a year 
7and it takes him all across the country; this is the 2nd summer 
8he has been asked to wrestle for Team Illinois, for which he 
9will wrestle at the Scholastic Duals in Indiana in April and in 
10Virginia Beach over Memorial Day weekend; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, J.J. Wolfe has been a member of Dakota's Tech Trek 
12Team that has won 1st place the last 2 years at the Highland 
13College competition; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, In addition to being a successful wrestler, J.J. 
15Wolfe is an excellent student and excels in Drafting/CAD, being 
16ranked #1 in the class for the past two years; and
  
 
17    WHEREAS, J.J. Wolfe enjoys spending time with his friends 
18and traveling with his family to their cottage at Wisconsin 
19Dells in the summer; and
  
 
20    WHEREAS, J.J. Wolfe is a junior and plans to wrestle in

1college while majoring in a form of engineering; therefore, be

3    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
4NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that 
5we congratulate J.J. Wolfe on winning the Illinois High School 
6Association Class 1A 138-pound wrestling championship; and be 
7it further
  
 
8    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
9presented to J.J. Wolfe as an expression of our esteem and 
10respect.
