| 4 | | Jacqueline A. Hines, who passed away on February 17, 2014; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Jacqueline Hines was born on May 26, 1954 in |
| 6 | | Greenville, Mississippi; her parents were Jossie James and |
| 7 | | Robert Sanders; and

| 8 | | WHEREAS, Jacqueline Hines moved to Chicago shortly after |
| 9 | | she was born; she received her education from Chicago Public |
| 10 | | Schools; and
|
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Jacqueline Hines was a member of Greater Open Door |
| 12 | | Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Dr. Reverend |
| 13 | | Richard Nelson; and
|
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Jacqueline Hines was preceded in death by her |
| 15 | | siblings, Robin, Lavonne, Jeanette, Robert, and Raymond James; |
| 16 | | and

| 17 | | WHEREAS, Jacqueline Hines is survived by her mother, Jossie |
| 18 | | James; 2 brothers, Ronald (Marie) James and Derrick James; her |
| 19 | | children, Jackie, Patricia, Melvin (Calitha), Micheal, Genise, |
| 20 | | Cedric (Kimberly) and Ray; 19 grandchildren; 10 |
