HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of  Trever B. 
4Chick of Peoria, who passed away on May 5, 2014; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Trever Chick was born on March 2, 2003 in Peoria; 
6his mother was Tracey Colvin; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Trever Chick was a 5th grade student at Lincoln 
8Middle School in Peoria; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Trever Chick enjoyed riding his bike, playing 
10basketball and football, drawing, and attending church; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Trever Chick was preceded in death by his 
12grandmother and aunt; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Trever Chick is survived by his mother and 
14stepfather, Tracey (Travis) Corey; a sister, Shatea Fair; a 
15nephew, Jamane; grandfather, Ben (Nancy) Colvin; an aunt, 
16Teresa (Larry) Williams; an uncle, Larry Corey; and several 
17other brothers and sisters; therefore, be it
  
 
18    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
19NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that

1we, along with his family and friends, mourn the passing of 
2Trever B. Chick; and be it further
  
 
3    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
