HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives wish to congratulate Craig Votrain on the 
4occasion of his retirement from Operative Plasterers And Cement 
5Masons International Association  (OPCMIA) Local 90; and
  
 
6    WHEREAS, Craig Votrain started as a Cement Mason with 
7OPCMIA  Local 90 on June 13, 1974; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Craig Votrain became Business Manager  and 
9Financial Secretary-Treasurer of OPCMIA Local 90 in June of 
101987; he also served as Secretary-Treasurer of the Illinois 
11State Conference; he was appointed International Deputy 
12Representative by OPCMIA Local 90 on July 1, 1992, and served 
13in that position until May 20, 2014; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, Craig Votrain retired from OPCMIA Local 90 on May 
1531, 2014 after 27 years as a Business Agent; and
  
 
  
16    WHEREAS, Craig Votrain is married to Denise; they have 2 
17children, Corey and Danielle, and one grandson, Beckham; 
18therefore, be it
  
 
19    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
20NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that

1we congratulate Craig Votrain on his retirement from Operative 
2Plasterers And Cement Masons International Association  Local 
390, and wish him the best in all his future endeavors; and be

7respect.
