| 4 | | Hall of Peoria, who passed away on August 31, 2014; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Clara Hall was born on November 28, 1919 in |
| 6 | | Ridgway; her parents were Peter and Anna (nee Unfried) Kohl; |
| 7 | | and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Clara Hall worked as a seamstress for Princess |
| 9 | | Peggy in Vandalia, Pinckneyville, and Peoria; during World War |
| 10 | | II, she worked at the Joliet Arsenal, putting detonators on |
| 11 | | artillery shells; she later worked as a seamstress at |
| 12 | | Schradzki's and Burlington Coat Factory in Peoria; and
|
| 13 | | WHEREAS, Clara Hall was a longtime member of St. Bernard |
| 14 | | Catholic Church; and
|
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Clara Hall was preceded in death by her husband, |
| 16 | | Barney; 2 brothers, Joe Kohl and Louis Kohl; and 4 sisters, |
| 17 | | Mary Rose Robbins, Ceal Williams, Edith Van Etten, and |
| 18 | | Elizabeth Pirck; and
|
| 19 | | WHEREAS, Clara Hall is survived by her son, Lee Hall; 4 |
| 20 | | grandchildren, Kari (Chris) Losen and Connor, Samantha, and |
