4 | | Curtistine Faulkner-Young of Peoria, who passed away on |
5 | | November 12, 2014; and

6 | | WHEREAS, Curtistine Faulkner-Young was born on April 19, |
7 | | 1945 in Scott, Mississippi to Sam and Cornelius Faulkner; she |
8 | | married Joseph Young; and
|
9 | | WHEREAS, Curtistine Faulkner-Young was a cook for many |
10 | | years; she also worked at Bradley University and the Community |
11 | | Action Agency in Peoria; after retirement, she was a |
12 | | grandmother at Webster School for over 5 year; and
|
13 | | WHEREAS, Curtistine Faulkner-Young was preceded in death |
14 | | by her parents; her husband of 22 years, Joseph; one son, Trent |
15 | | Young, Sr.; one grandson, Branden Faulkner; 4 brothers; and 5 |
16 | | sisters; and

17 | | WHEREAS, Curtistine Faulkner-Young is survived by her |
18 | | children, Shando (Don) Faulkner-Harris, Crystal (Michael) |
19 | | Cook, Daieon "DeeDee" Young, John Young, Laura Young, and |
20 | | Dewayne Young; her 3 siblings, Roosevelt Faulkner, Wardell |
21 | | (Willean) Faulkner, and Mary (Micheal) Anderson-Farris; her 7 |
