| 5 | | Research and Development Coordinator, Quality Assurance |
| 6 | | Director, or Assistant Director of Training in the Department |
| 7 | | of State Police who is classified as or who holds the position |
| 8 | | of Senior Public Service Administrator (Option 7), any employee |
| 9 | | of the Office of the Inspector General in the Department of |
| 10 | | Human Services who is classified as or who holds the position |
| 11 | | of Public Service Administrator (Option 7), any Deputy of |
| 12 | | Intelligence in the Department of Corrections who is classified |
| 13 | | as or who holds the position of Public Service Administrator |
| 14 | | (Option 7), and any employee of the Department of State Police |
| 15 | | who handles issues concerning the Illinois State Police Sex |
| 16 | | Offender Registry and who is classified as or holds the |
| 17 | | position of Public Service Administrator (Option 7)"; and
