| 4 | | "Section 5. The Rivers, Lakes, and Streams Act is amended |
| 5 | | by adding Section 23c as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 23c. The Department of Natural Resources shall prepare |
| 8 | | an operation plan for the Stratton Lock and Dam and the |
| 9 | | Algonquin Dam that reflects the reconstruction of the Stratton |
| 10 | | Lock and Dam. The Department shall post a publicly available |
| 11 | | copy of this operation plan on its Internet web site.".
