| 3 | | replacing lines 1 through 7 with the following:

| 5 | | Manufactured Home Owners Relocation Trust Fund reaches or |
| 6 | | exceeds $10 million, then the Illinois Department of Public |
| 7 | | Health may temporarily pause the collection of the assessment; |
| 8 | | however, should the balance of the Fund fall below $10 million, |
| 9 | | the Department shall reinstate the assessment."; and

| 10 | | on page 10, line 9, by deleting "additional".
