| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1194 as follows:

| 3 | | on page 3, by replacing lines 10 through 12 with the following: |
| 4 | | "(4) provide any information or services related to |
| 5 | | health benefit plans or other insurance products not |
| 6 | | offered in the exchange, except for health care providers |
| 7 | | when furnishing information or services related to a |
| 8 | | patient's existing health benefit plan or other existing |
| 9 | | health insurance coverage; or"; and

| 10 | | on page 10, by replacing lines 24 and 25 with the following: |
| 11 | | "(4) provide any information or services related to |
| 12 | | health benefit plans or other insurance products not |
| 13 | | offered in the exchange, except for health care providers |
| 14 | | when furnishing information or services related to a |
