| 4 | | "Section 5. The Nursing Home Care Act is amended by adding |
| 5 | | Section 3-518 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 3-518. Fines. Beginning January 15, 2014, and each |
| 8 | | January 15 thereafter, the Department shall submit to the |
| 9 | | General Assembly and to the Department's Long-Term Care |
| 10 | | Facility Advisory Board an accounting of all federal and State |
| 11 | | fines received by the Department in the preceding fiscal year |
| 12 | | by the fund in which they have been deposited. For each fund, |
| 13 | | the report shall show the source of all moneys that are |
| 14 | | deposited into each fund and the purpose and amount of all |
| 15 | | expenditures from each fund.
