AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1787 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1787 on page 2, 
3line 3, by replacing "(TiCL4)" with "(TiCl4)"; and


 
4on page 3, line 18, after "make", by inserting "recommendations 
5to the Department concerning"; and
 
6on page 4, by replacing line 24 with the following:
7        "(9)  to search for and make recommendations to the 
8    Department on the securing of gifts or grants"; and
 
9on page 5, immediately below line 19, by inserting the 
10following:
 
11    "Section 30. Titanium Powdered Metals Development Fund; 
12creation. The Titanium Powdered Metals Development Fund is 
13hereby created as a special fund in the State Treasury.  All 
14moneys collected under this Act shall be deposited into the

1Titanium Powdered Metals Development Fund.  Moneys in the Fund 
2may be used by the Department solely for the purposes of this 
3Act."; and
 
4on page 12, line 2, after "(a)(3)(A)", by inserting "or 
5(a)(3)(F)"; and
 
6on page 13, line 25, after "(a)(3)(E)", by inserting "or 
7(a)(3)(F)"; and
 
8on page 15, immediately below line 17, by inserting the 
9following:
 
10    "Section 65. The State Finance Act is amended by adding 
11Section 5.826 as follows:
 
12    (30 ILCS 105/5.826 new)
13    Sec. 5.826. The Titanium Powdered Metals Development 
14Fund.".
