| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1822 as follows:

| 3 | | on page 1, by replacing line 5 with "Sections 1.05 and 4 as |
| 4 | | follows:"; and
|
| 5 | | on page 6, lines 3 and 15, by replacing "the Illinois |
| 6 | | Association of Park Districts" each time it appears with "an |
| 7 | | organization within which membership is authorized under |
| 8 | | Section 8-17 of the Park District Code"; and
|
| 9 | | on page 6, immediately below line 20, by inserting the |
| 10 | | following:
|
| 11 | | "(5 ILCS 120/4) (from Ch. 102, par. 44)
|
| 12 | | Sec. 4.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this |
| 13 | | Act, except subsection (b), (c), (d), or (e), or (f) of Section |
| 14 | | 1.05, shall be guilty
of a Class C misdemeanor.
