| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1846 on page 2, by |
| 3 | | inserting immediately below line 22 the following:

| 4 | | "(c) The changes made to this Section by this amendatory |
| 5 | | Act of the 98th General Assembly apply to all actions commenced |
| 6 | | on or after July 1, 2013. The changes made to this Section by |
| 7 | | this amendatory Act of the 98th General Assembly also apply to |
| 8 | | all actions pending on or after the effective date of this |
| 9 | | amendatory Act of the 98th General Assembly, but only with |
| 10 | | respect to fees and costs that become due in those actions |
| 11 | | after July 1, 2013.".
