| 25 | | (3) who have left TANF due to earned income;

| 26 | | (4) who have left TANF due to non-compliance with |

| 1 | | program rules;
|
| 2 | | (5) whose TANF grants have been reduced by sanctions |
| 3 | | for non-compliance
with program rules;

| 6 | | (7) who have returned to TANF 12 months after leaving |
| 7 | | due to earned
income;
|
| 8 | | (8) who have one or more children excluded from |
| 9 | | receiving TANF
cash assistance due to the child exclusion |
| 10 | | rule;
|
| 11 | | (9) who have been granted an exemption from work |
| 12 | | requirements; and
|
| 13 | | (10) who are participating in post-secondary education
|
| 14 | | activities; and .
|
| 15 | | (11) who have lost or have had TANF benefits reduced |
| 16 | | due to non-compliance with education requirements. |

| 18 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
