AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1955 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1955, on page 1, 
3line 5, by replacing "Sections 3 and 7.12" with "Section 7.12"; 
4and
 
5by deleting line 6 on page 1 through line 4 on page 3; and
 
6by replacing line 24 on page 4 through line 3 on page 5 with the 
7following: 
8"reasonable period of time after its review. Except as 
9otherwise provided in this Section, While the Illinois
Lottery 
10may only offer Lotto, Mega Millions, and Powerball
games 
11through the pilot program, the Department shall request review 
12from the federal Department of Justice for the Illinois
Lottery 
13to sell lottery tickets on the Internet on behalf of
the State 
14of Illinois that are not limited to just these games."; and
 
15on page 5, lines 9 and 10, by replacing "the Illinois Lottery

additional draw-based games through the pilot 
2program" with  "the Illinois Lottery may also offer
Lucky Day 
3Lotto, My3, Pick 3, Pick 4, and raffles through the pilot

5on page 6, by replacing lines 4 through 7 with the following:
6"via subscription. Nothing in this Section shall also be

7construed as prohibiting the sale of Lotto, Mega Millions, and

8Powerball, Lucky Day Lotto, My3, Pick 3, Pick 4, and raffles 
9games by a lottery licensee
pursuant to the Department's 
10rules.".
