AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2101




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2101 by replacing 
3everything after the enacting clause with the following:

 
4    "Section 5. The Mobile Home Park Act is amended  by changing 
5Section 9 and  by adding Section 9.16 as follows:
 



6    (210 ILCS 115/9)  (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 719)



7    Sec. 9. 
Each mobile home park licensed or to be constructed 
8under the
provisions of this Act shall be operated and 
9maintained in accordance with the
requirements of Sections 9.1 
10to 9.16 9.15, inclusive, of this
Act.

13    Sec. 9.16. Disclosure of the manufacture of 
14methamphetamine in a mobile home. If the licensee or owner or 
15employee thereof of a  mobile home park has actual knowledge

1that one of the mobile homes in the mobile home park has been 
2used for the manufacture

    of methamphetamine as

    defined in 
3Section 10 of

    the Methamphetamine Control

    and Community 
4Protection Act, then the licensee or owner or employee thereof 
5of the mobile home park must disclose his or her knowledge of 
6the manufacture

    of methamphetamine within the mobile home to a 
7potential buyer of the mobile home.".
