| 1 | | AN ACT concerning State government.
|
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The State Budget Law of the Civil Administrative |
| 5 | | Code of Illinois is amended by adding Section 50-35 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 50-35. Online publication; budget. Within 30 days of |
| 8 | | its enactment into law, the Governor's Office of Management and |
| 9 | | Budget shall publish to its website the budget of the State of |
| 10 | | Illinois for the coming fiscal year in its entirety in |
| 11 | | comma-separated value format (.csv), Xtree for Windows Script |
| 12 | | format (.xcl), or another comparable format. In addition, with |
| 13 | | the publication of each proposed State budget, the Office shall |
| 14 | | also publish to its website a list of each sweep or |
| 15 | | administrative charge-back that will be required to implement |
| 16 | | that budget and that will result in the transfer of moneys from |
| 17 | | a special fund in the State treasury to any other fund in the |
| 18 | | State treasury. |
