| 3 | | on page 13, line 12, after "State.", by inserting "The State |
| 4 | | Board may not require more than 5 districts at any one time to |
| 5 | | seek accreditation."; and

| 6 | | on page 18, line 14, after "Authority", by inserting "; |
| 7 | | however, an Independent Authority may not enter into a charter |
| 8 | | agreement until all schools in the district have been removed |
| 9 | | from academic watch status for at least 2 years".
