| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2636 as follows:

| 3 | | on page 9, line 21, after "epilepsy", by inserting ", or as |
| 4 | | provided by administrative rule"; and

| 5 | | on page 9, line 25, after the period, by inserting "The |
| 6 | | Department of Public Health may adopt rules to allow other |
| 7 | | individuals under 18 years of age to become registered |
| 8 | | qualifying patients under this Act with the consent of a parent |
| 9 | | or legal guardian. Registered qualifying patients under 18 |
| 10 | | years of age shall be prohibited from consuming forms of |
| 11 | | cannabis other than medical cannabis infused products and |
| 12 | | purchasing any usable cannabis.".
