Amends and repeals provisions of the Fox Waterway Agency Act. Provides that the Fox Water Agency is dissolved and its assets and property assumed by the Department of Natural Resources.

2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

4 | | Section 5. The Fox Waterway Agency Act is amended by |
5 | | changing Section 1 and by adding Section 1.01 as follows:
|

This Act shall be known and may be cited as the
Fox |
8 | | Waterway Agency Dissolution Act.

11 | | Sec. 1.01. Dissolution. The Fox Waterway Agency is |
12 | | dissolved. On the effective date of this amendatory Act of the |
13 | | 98th General Assembly, all the assets and property of the Fox |
14 | | Waterway Agency shall by operation of law vest in and be |
15 | | assumed by the Department of Natural Resources.
