     Amends and repeals provisions of the Fox Waterway Agency Act.  Provides that the Fox Water Agency is dissolved and its assets and property assumed by the Department of Natural Resources.

1    AN ACT concerning transportation.
  
 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
 
3represented in the General Assembly:
  
 
 
4    Section 5. The Fox Waterway Agency Act is amended  by 
5changing Section 1 and  by adding Section 1.01 as follows:

7    Sec. 1. 
This Act shall be known and may be cited as the
Fox 
8Waterway Agency Dissolution Act.

10    (615 ILCS 90/1.01 new)
11    Sec. 1.01. Dissolution. The Fox Waterway Agency is 
12dissolved.  On the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 
1398th General Assembly, all the assets and property of the Fox 
14Waterway Agency shall by operation of law vest in and be 
15assumed by the Department of Natural Resources.

227.3, 7.4, 7.5, 7.6, 7.7, 7.8, 7.9, 7.10, 7.11, 7.12, 9, 10, 11, 
23and 12.
