| 4 | | 1, on page 4, by inserting immediately below line 15 the |

| 6 | | "(g) Notwithstanding that the person's omitted subordinate |
| 7 | | interest in the real estate has been terminated pursuant to |
| 8 | | this Section, nothing in this Section shall be construed to |
| 9 | | extinguish or impair any claim of such person in the surplus |
| 10 | | proceeds of a sale held or distributed pursuant to subsection |
| 11 | | (d) of Section 15-1512 of this Code after the confirmation of |
| 12 | | the sale of the real estate for which such person had an |
| 13 | | omitted subordinate interest.".
