| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2797 as follows:

| 3 | | on page 6, immediately below line 8, by inserting the |
| 4 | | following: |
| 5 | | "(c) Upon a determination that a person comes under any one |
| 6 | | of the criteria listed in this Section or any rules adopted |
| 7 | | under this Act for placement on the Video Gaming Board |
| 8 | | Exclusion List, that person shall be deemed a candidate for |
| 9 | | exclusion and the Administrator of the Board shall file a |
| 10 | | notice of exclusion. The notice shall include the identity of |
| 11 | | the candidate, the nature and scope of the circumstances or |
| 12 | | reasons that the person should be placed on the Video Gaming |
| 13 | | Board Exclusion List, names of potential witnesses, and a |
| 14 | | recommendation as to whether the placement on the List shall be |
| 15 | | permanent. The notice shall also inform the person of the |
| 16 | | availability of a hearing on the issue of placement on the |
| 17 | | Video Gaming Board Exclusion List."; and
