AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3072




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3072 on page 13, by 
3replacing line 6 with the following:
 
4"the caller's estate; (iii) a third party authorized by a 
5written, notarized approval signed by the caller or, if 
6applicable, by the legal representative of the caller or the 
7caller's estate; or (iv) any person if the caller,"; and
 
8on page 13, by inserting immediately below line 9 the 
9following:
 
10        "The public body may make recordings of 911 emergency 
11    calls available for in-person listening by members of the 
12    public; provided that the person requesting access to the 
13    recording is otherwise authorized by law to have access to 
14    the recording and that the person listening to the 
15    recording is not permitted to record or otherwise make a
