| 4 | | "(8.5) To accept continuing education credit for mandated |
| 5 | | reporter training on how to recognize and report child abuse |
| 6 | | offered by the Department of Children and Family Services and |
| 7 | | completed by any person who holds a professional license issued |
| 8 | | by the Department and who is a mandated reporter under the |
| 9 | | Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act. The Department shall |
| 10 | | adopt any rules necessary to implement this paragraph."; and

| 11 | | on page 10, by deleting lines 22 through 24; and
