| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by adding |
| 5 | | Section 4.35 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (5 ILCS 80/4.35 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 4.35. Act repealed on January 1, 2025. The following |
| 8 | | Act is repealed on January 1, 2025: |
| 9 | | The Genetic Counselor Licensing Act.

| 11 | | Section 10. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by |
| 12 | | repealing Section 4.25.
|
| 13 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 14 | | becoming law.
